Start the timer: Once the hint card is ready, flip the 30-second sand timer and try to solve the riddle. You can make as many guesses as you like before time runs out. 4. Ask for hints: You can use up to three hints. The first costs 1 point, the second costs 2 more, and the third costs another 3—a total deduction of 6 points if you use all three. 5. Score your points: Answer correctly within the time limit to earn the wheel’s points, minus any hint deductions. If time runs out without a correct answer, your turn ends with no points.
